Mr. Alexander (“Paw Paw” as many called him) was born Jan. 5, 1929, in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Major and Clara Alexander as the youngest of three children. He worked at several hotels in town before going into business for himself. He owned and operated Alexander’s BBQ for over thirty years. He was a hard working man who made many friends over the years and could always be counted on for a good laugh and a helping hand.
