Larry Glenn Kopp – August 18, 2016

Larry Glenn Kopp, 65, of Edmond, Oklahoma, formerly of Canyon, died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016.Kopp Obit Pic
Services will be at Noon, Monday, Aug. 22, 2016, in South Georgia Baptist Church with Mike Martin, senior pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Larry was born Dec. 28, 1950, in Amarillo. He was raised in Amarillo and graduated from Tascosa High School.  For 42 years, Larry was a resident of Canyon.
Larry was a hard worker and a self-employed contractor for more than 25 years. He was always willing to help and adored his family and friends.  Larry had a heart for God and loved to read and study about God.  He was a member of South Georgia Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Patricia Kopp; a daughter, Jennifer Kopp-Jones; a son-in-law, Brian Jones; a son, Matthew Kopp; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, at the funeral home.

    My condolences to the family. Larry was a great guy and was always laughing and having fun. He was a great friend. We ran around together in high school and had many good times. When I get up to heaven we’ll have a big party and celebrate!

    So sorry for the loss of a wonderful man! He was such a delight to be around, amazing husband, father, friend, and servant of God. He will be missed.
