June I. “Jean” Frye, 86, of Dumas, died Saturday, March 31, 2012.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in Dumas Cemetery with Reverend Jerry Howe, pastor of First Baptist Church of Dumas officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers of Dumas, 500 N. Maddox.
Mrs. Frye was born on June 22, 1925 in San Jon, New Mexico to Ben and Reba Sanders. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church. She married Billy C. Frye in 1948.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy C. Frye; and two sons, Billy L. and James Frye.
She is survived by her grandson, Kelly Frye and wife Tammy of Dumas; two granddaughters, Tami Fangman and husband Russell of Dumas and Cari Heck and husband Brian of Caldwell, Idaho; and six great-grandchildren, Stratton, Matalee and Jaeden Fangman, Taylor Frye, Bowdy and Gage Heck; and many other friends and family who loved her.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to First Baptist Church of Dumas or a favorite charity.
