Russell L. Molyneaux, 89, of Amarillo, died Thursday, April 7, 2011.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Russell L. Molyneaux was born in Amarillo in 1922. He proudly served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Antique Barbed Wire Society. He was a Master Mason of the Grand Lodge of the Texas Freemasonry. He was a member of the Freemasons for 50+ years. Russell went to Washington D.C. on the first Texas Panhandle Honor Flight for Veterans of World War II in 2008.
Survivors include son, Galen L. Molyneaux of El Paso, TX; daughter, Deborah Molyneaux Smith and husband Stephen of Amarillo; son, Terry L. Molyneaux and wife Jeannie of Mancos, CO; and grandsons, Tyson Smith and wife Rachel of Amarillo and Jack Russell Molyneaux and wife Rory of Gunnison, CO.
