Ricky Wofford, 63, of Amarillo, TX died Saturday, December 14, 2019.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2019 in San Jacinto Assembly of God Church with Billy Snider officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Ricky was born on January 28, 1956 in Amarillo, Texas to June and Doyle Wofford. He graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1974. Ricky drove a truck for Klockner Metals for over 20 years. He was a family man, a had strong work ethic and shared those values with his family. Ricky enjoyed fishing and cooking out with friends.
He married Sherry Creps on June 25, 2016 in Amarillo.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry, of the home; five daughters, Christy Weatherly and husband Bobby; Leslie Wofford; Trishia Ruiz and husband Saul; Traci McGee, all of Amarillo, Texas; and Kristy Ware of Lubbock, Texas; three sons, Kris Estep of Allen, Texas; Chad Ware of Beaumont, Texas; and Kevin Ware of Reno, Nevada; and eighteen grandchildren, Drey, Kaylee, Shaylee, Amy, Ashley, Tony, Riley, Sophia, Mason, Colt, Brady, Noah, Abby, Emmy, Ellee, Lucas, Logan and Maddox.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
