Priscilla Marie Martinez, 73, of Amarillo, TX passed away on February 15, 2021.

Rosary will be said at 6:00 P.M., Sunday, February 21, 2021, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Mass will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, February 22, 2021, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Hector J. Madrigal as celebrant. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Priscilla was born in Clayton, NM on December 21, 1947, to Andrita and Felix Sanchez.

She married Frank Martinez on January 28, 1967 and they had three children, Valentino, Anthony, and LaRita.

Priscilla was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandma.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Martinez; one sister; and two brothers.

Survivors include her children, Valentino Martinez and wife Beatrice, Anthony Martinez and wife Ruby, and LaRita Martinez; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; eleven brothers and sisters; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

  3. Condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working with her at the Wal-Mart on Grand. Always remember her having 2 jobs & always putting her family first. Sure will miss that smile. May she rest in peace.

  5. My deepest condolences for the family. I worked with Priscilla at ANB and we also worked at Boots n Jeans on the weekends. I would spend some weekends with her and her family. We had lots of fun. May she rest in Paradise.

  9. I will miss Priscilla so very much! We worked together at Amarillo National Bank many years ago. We had lots of fun working together. Priscilla was a very hard worker and many years she worked 2 jobs. We also got to go to Las Vegas together and again had lots of fun there too. I loved her like a sister and will think of her always.   14. I am so sorry, I worked with her at Wal-Mart and we would always talk when she came into Market Street and I would check her out what she was buying. My prayers are with the family.
