Pamela Kay Pearson, of Amarillo, TX passed away May, 9, 2019.

Services for Pam will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 11th, 2019, at Central Church of Christ with family friend, Steve Rogers, officiating. Burial will precede funeral services in Swisher County at the Happy Cemetery under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11th, 2019.

Pam passed away on Thursday, May 9th, 2019, in Amarillo, TX. She was born in Clovis, NM on June 29, 1955, to the late Mary Beck and the late Dick Beck. Pam married Chris Pearson on October 28, 1978, at Brownfield Church of Christ. She was a devout Christian woman and member of Central Church of Christ in Amarillo, TX. She helped raise and care for many people, by always being a “home away from home”. She always enjoyed cooking, decorating, planning, shopping and helping others. She loved a good trip to the mountains, reading a book down by the creek or spending a night playing dominos. After always taking care of others, Pam was a loving wife, a great homemaker, wonderful mother, and grandmother. Pam’s favorite past time was her family (especially the grandchildren).

Pam is preceded in death by her parents, Dick and Mary Beck; and sister, Kathy Pitts.

Pam is survived by her husband, Chris Pearson; daughter, Mandi Richardson and husband, Doug of Amarillo; son, Jeff Pearson and wife, Jennifer of Amarillo; sister, Debbie Jones and husband, Dick of Amarillo; brother-in-law, Greg Pearson and wife, Karron of Granberry; brother-in-law, Bill Pearson and wife, Terri of Happy, TX; brother-in-law, Eddie Pearson and wife, Lynn of Happy, TX; brother-in-law, Richard Pitts of Brownfield; and grandchildren, Sloan and Sy Richardson; Gage, Nolan, and Bryar Pearson. Pam is also deeply missed and loved by many nieces, nephews, friends, and their families.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

  1. Chris, I’m just hearing about your wife’s death. Dad is writing you a note right now. We want to give you his note, some of Mother’s cards, and some stamps to let you know we are so very sorry, so I’ll contact Terri to get an address for you. It’s hard to lose a spouse so we grieve with you.

  2. Dear Ones, I just saw this and wanted you to know how sad I am, for you. Pam was such a sweet, dear little girl and I’m sure she was the same as she grew up. Please know that you are all in my prayers. I love you.
