Koltan Wynn Henderson, 26, of Pampa, TX passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020, in Pampa, TX.

Koltan was born March 1, 1994 to Keenan and Susan (Mitchell) Henderson. He was a lifelong resident of Pampa, TX, graduating from White Deer High School in 2012. After High School he attended Frank Phillips Community College where he studied I/E and Pumps & Engines. After graduating, he started his career at Cabot.

Koltan was a member of the Mary Ellen and Harvester Church of Christ in Pampa. He enjoyed helping others. He loved to play golf with his Dad and Papa. He enjoyed target shooting and hunting. He was very family oriented and especially loved being with his nieces and nephew, who referred to him as Uncle Babbo. He also loved riding his motorcycle with his buddies.

Those who knew him will miss his infectious smile, his one-of-a-kind laugh, and his big bear hugs. Only his close friends and family knew what a “Totan” was, and if you were really special, he did it to you. He loved pestering everyone, especially his sister.

Koltan is survived by his parents, Susan Henderson of Pampa, TX and Keenan & Cathy Henderson of Elk City, OK, one sister, Krishna & Clayton Harriman, one nephew, Cooper Harriman, and two nieces, Kimber & Charlotte Harriman, all of Weatherford, OK, his grandfather, Robert Henderson, his grandmother, Wanda Mitchell, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Sherry Henderson, his grandfather, Jack Mitchell, and Aunt Frankie Fletcher.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date due to the restriction of the COVID-19.

  1. We felt our hearts crush into tiny little bits when we heard about the sudden and untimely passing of Koltan. Please accept our condolences during this most difficult time. Although no words can take away the grief you bear, just know we are hurting with and for you all. It seems like such a short time ago, the Summer of 2004, Koltan came to our wedding with LaDaina and Ricky. Koltan was a joy, with such a delightful smile and seemed to have a heart of gold. Today and always, may loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength. We pray the sorrow you feel in your hearts is lightened by the love of God and friends who surround you.
