Today we mourn the loss of a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Kathleen Susan Loehr Decker. Kathleen passed away at 3:33 p.m., Saturday, December 28th, 2019.
She is survived by her husband, David L. Decker; her sons, David Christopher and Jonathan Michael Decker; daughter, Charity Ann Millar; brothers, Anthony and Gregory Loehr; sister, Georgia Loehr; and seven grandchildren.
Kathleen was born on Long Island, NY on June 21st, 1949. She was married to David Decker November 21st, 1970 and graduated from Mount St. Joseph College in Wakefield, RI in 1971. After a time in Colorado, Kathleen and David moved to Amarillo in 2016, and became members of St. Thomas Catholic Church.
She was well known to all around her as a radiant and joyous person and was a devoted and loving mother. Kathleen was a dedicated servant of Jesus Christ and a friend to anyone in need. She is greatly missed.

Our sincere condolences are with the entire family. Kathy was a very special lady and will surely be missed. I’m sure she has been welcomed into Heaven with open arms. Love you Kathy!
