Kami Vines – July 17, 2012


Kami Vines, 24, of Amarillo died on Tuesday, July 17, 2012.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd. Burial will follow at the Panhandle Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Kami was born on October 14, 1987 in Amarillo, Texas. She loved family game night, archeology, and animals including her golden retriever, Belle and her cat, Bigfoot.  She especially loved her family; friends; cousins, Luke and Jessica McCoy and Kristen and Blaze Coffee; and aunts and uncles.
She volunteered for American Cancer Society.
Survivors include her mother, Pam McCoy of Amarillo; her father, Jay Vines and wife Teresa of Hartley; two sisters, KayLyn Vines of Dumas and Crystal Rogers and husband Drennan of Stinnett; a brother, Chad Sutton of Hartley; her grandmother, Saundra McCoy of Panhandle; her grandfather, Jim Vines of Dumas and her grandparents, Wayne Pulliam and wife Glenda of Vega; and a niece, Aralyn Rose Rogers.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 3316 Bee Cave Road, Suite A, Austin, TX 78746; or to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 411 S. Fillmore St., Amarillo, TX 79101.
