The boys consider him their brother. Christy kept me updated on his life and I asked about him often as if he were part of our family. He was in our prayers everyday and we will miss him dearly. 19. Dear Margo and Family
I can only imagine the grief you experience with the passing of JC.
In all the years I have know him and had the privilege to be involved in his health-care I was always touched by his courage. A role model for all of us and certainly for teenagers! As I reflect on JC’s life a favorite quote by RAM DASS comes to my mind
“It’s only when caterpillarness is done that one becomes a butterfly. That again is part of this paradox. You cannot rip away caterpillarness. The whole trip occurs in an unfolding process of which we have no control. –RAM DASS, BE HERE NOW”
I know JC is now the butterfly leading the way for all of us. I hope you will find solace in the midst of your family during these days.
My thoughts are with you on Saturday as I am out of town and will not be able to attend the service.

  20. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. JC was a couragious wonderful young man. He will long be admired by those that knew and loved him. He taught us about living life to the fullest. Blessings to all his family and friends.
