  1. I am Claire’s sister in-law, Heather Bailey. I just saw this as I was searching for a way to reach Claire. She had tried to call me during the summer and into September but the number she used was a land line in Austin while we were gone all summer. Unfortunately, we never checked it until today. Claire had left me messages and I am devastated I never got them. We loved her dearly and my heart breaks that she is gone. I would love to talk to someone in the family if you are willing. My sincerest condolences.
