Bobbie Carpenter Russell, 70, of Amarillo, TX passed away on January 26, 2021.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Booker Cemetery.
Bobbie was born April 22, 1950 to Bob and Imogene Carpenter in Wichita, KS. She grew up in Booker, TX and graduated from Booker High School in 1969. She met Ricky Russell while attending college at West Texas State A.M. and got married in 1970. She was a great mother to Chad and Bradey Russell and loving Nana to six grandkids. She enjoyed spending time in their house in Eagle Nest, NM and many hobbies like cross stitch and crochet.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Marva Pinkston; a brother-in-law, Tim Pinkston; niece, Tammy Pinkston; aunt, Cheryl Carpenter; and many other loved ones.
Bobbie is survived by her husband of 51 years, Rick; her children, Chad Russell and wife Jenn, Bradey Russell and wife Tina; and grandkids, Brett Russell, Bailey Russell, Garett Russell, Cale Russell, Grace Cox, and Eli Cox.
