Beth Collins, 54, of Amarillo, TX passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020.

Services will be at 4:00 P.M., Friday, December 11, 2020, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Dr. G. A. Roach officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Beth was born in Pampa, TX to Dale and Suzan Franks on March 20, 1966. Beth graduated from Caprock High School in 1984 and married her husband Neil Collins on May 5, 1984. They had a daughter, Megan, and a son, Charlie, two granddaughters, Stellar and Journey, and a grandson Steven.

Beth worked at Hastings from 1998 to 2005 and she loved that job and all of her coworkers so much. She talked about it all the time. She worked until her MS prevented her from doing so.

Beth loved her family and friends more than anything. She loved with her whole heart and soul, and she would do anything for you anytime you needed her, no matter what she was going through.

She fought a good fight for as long as she could, but her MS just took her from us way too soon. She is now happy and healthy in the arms of God and is in no more pain. No more tears, no more sadness, and for that we are thankful. It is us left here that will have a hole in our hearts. Fly high with the Angels Beth, and we know you are going to be our Guardian angel now watching over us. You will be greatly missed by everyone.

She is survived by her husband, Neil Collins; daughter, Megan and her husband Steven Brice, their son Steven, a son-in-law Robert Haire, and their daughters Stellar and Journey Collins; and a son, Charlie Collins.  Her parents Dale and Suzan Franks and a sister Dianna Franks and a sister Ruthann, and many close friends that loved her so much.

  1. Beth was the best friend I ever had. She was my sister by choice, not by blood. I couldn’t love her more if she was blood. She was always there for everyone and she had the kindest most loving heart. She would do anything for you no matter what was going on with her. She was my first conversation each and every day and we had our coffee together every morning. I miss her so much it hurts and I’m just lost without her. But I’m so happy for her because she is no longer suffering and no longer in pain and she is surrounded by more love than she’s ever had. I love you forever and always sis.

  3. Beth was the most kindhearted person, and such a beautiful soul. No matter what was going on in her own life, she always made time to check in on others. I am grateful for her genuine friendship over the years. She will be sorely missed! Wishing her family and loved ones peace and comfort in their sorrow.
