Ashlee Renea Becerra, 36, of Amarillo, TX died November 14, 2020.
Memorial services will be at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, November 19, 2020, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd., with Sam White officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo.
Ashlee was born in Freeport, TX on May 8, 1984, to Theresa and Freddie O’Neal. She graduated from East Central High School in San Antonio, TX, and Amarillo College in December of 2014 with her LVN.
She was loving, caring, compassionate, and would bend over backward to help you. Ashlee loved to babysit and enjoyed spending time with children. She loved being a nurse and was proud to help people. Ashlee loved to watch the food network channel.
She married Juan Becerra on May 5, 2012, in Las Vegas, NV. The couple married for the second time on May 4, 2013, at Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo, TX. Ashlee met Juan when he was a Correctional Officer at Bill Clements Unit in Amarillo, TX. She was a new Correctional Officer who was on Job Training, and Juan had the privilege to train her. Together, the two loved to dance. Their children are Dylon Blake Becerra, 14 years old, and Triston Alexander Becerra, 13 years old.
She was preceded in death by her father, Freddie Allen O’Neal.
Survivors include her husband, Juan Carlos Becerra; sons, Dylon Blake Becerra, and Triston Alexander Becerra; sisters, Kandi O’Neal, and Emalie O’Neal; brother, Freddie O’Neal; mother, Theresa Edwards; stepfather, Arlis Edwards; and many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, in-laws, additional family members, and friends.
