April Dawn Turley, 46, of Lubbock, TX died Saturday, December 12, 2020.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

April was born April 28, 1974, in Borger, TX to Jimmy Brown and Sherry Stanley.  She married Eric Turley on November 17, 2013.

She co-owned Paradigm Structural Systems and War Legion Underground with her husband, Eric for 13 years.

Her passions in life were her husband, children, close family, music, furbabies, and cooking. She always had a smile, a hug, and a meal for anyone in need. Her drinks were amazing, and you always knew that anytime you asked what time it was, the answer would be “Shot Time!” She is loved by many and will be missed forever. She is our Legion Queen.

Her mother, Sherry Stanley, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Eric Turley, of Amarillo, TX; a daughter, Amity Brown, of Amarillo, TX; a son, Kaden Phillips, of Amarillo, TX; granddaughter, Riley Scheller; her father, Jimmy Brown, of Borger, TX; a sister, Natalie Brown, of Amarillo, TX; brother, Matthew Brown, of Borger, TX; and her cousin, Dena Lister, of Amarillo, TX.
