Andrew “Uncle Brother” Belter, 34, of Amarillo, TX died Wednesday, November 18, 2020.

Services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, November 23, 2020, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd., with Pastor Donnie Lane, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery 6969 E. Interstate 40. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo.

Andrew was born in Amarillo, TX on August 22, 1986, to Stanley and Barbara Belter.

Andrew was a lover of life, family, and business. He had a light that outshined even the darkest of days. He poured his life into everything he started. He was the owner and operator of Got Junk Thrift Store along with many other ventures along the way. He was the kindest soul and one to give far more than he ever needed, expected, or wanted in return. Even in this time, he continued to share his light with the world through organ donation.

Andrew was loved by many, including his partner Izaya Galvan and their fur babies, Lou Bear, Majesty, and Loyalty, with whom he spent the last few years living his best life. They loved to travel, explore, and just enjoy each other. He was loved fiercely by his nieces who knew he hung the moon and stars just for them. His brother and sister, who although older, knew he would catch them if they failed and help them try harder again. And his mom and dad, he was their baby and the piece that completed their family perfectly.

Survivors include his mother and father, Stanley and Barbara Belter; brother, Tony Belter and fiancée Becca Sharshel; sister, Ashley Glidewell and husband Billy; the apples of his eyes, his nieces, Maddelyn Belter, and Abbigail Belter; bonus nieces, Jordan Orr, and Reese Glidewell; partner, Izaya Galvan; fur babies, Lou Bear, Majesty, and Loyalty; and many other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.

  8. Aunt Janna and Uncle Wade loved you so very much. You were always so kind to give me from your thrift store items my desperate home care patients have needed. Your kindness and smile was always so infectious.
But one memory really sticks in our minds when you was a little guy, went to pick you up to spend the weekend at our house with cousins Buster Sunny and Michelle and we had to have to hang your feet out the window cause you had “Stinky Feet”! I think you finally grew out of that Stink and became such a beautiful person that this family loved so very much.
I know our Lord God and savior has great plans in the Heavens for you.
We love and miss you, Aunt Janna and Uncle Wade Colvin
