  1. I truly hated to hear of Dave passing. He and I were best friends throughout school at Rule, TX and we both attended WT together. We played sports together, run around together, and hung out on weekends. Dave always had lots of fun, smiling, laughter, and was involved in all kinds of good things. He was the type of person you could depend on to have your back and be there for you. I will always cherish our good times and memories we made back in high school. My prayers are with Dave and his family and God Bless. Dennis Riggins
