Wahleah Beck

Wahleah Beck, 93, of Amarillo, TX passed away October 9, 2024 in Albuquerque, NM. 

Memorial service will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Wahleah was born June 27, 1931 in Amarillo, TX to Victor and Rosa Ivy. She lived most of her life in both Amarillo and Friona. Wahleah worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Realtor for all of her career. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She loved to entertain and maintain a beautiful pristine home. Wahleah enjoyed playing Bunko and having lunch with her friends. She was also a member of “Widowed Persons.”

She is preceded in death by her husband Jessee Carlos Beck in 2002.

Wahleah is survived by her children, Vicki Lamberson and husband Larry, and Cris Beck and wife Dawn; grandchildren, Jessee Beck, Suzanne Howard, and Dylan Beck and wife Santana; great- grandchild, Hayden Beck; brother, Joseph Ivy and wife Barbara; and step-grandchildren, Jill Hodgeson and Lance Lamberson.
