Toni Renee Bennett

Toni Renee Bennett, 44, of Amarillo, TX died Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

Toni was born May 17, 1980, in Amarillo, TX. She was known for having a big heart, loving people and animals, and the color purple. 

She participated in Girl Scout Troop 115 for most of her life. Toni was a tenor and always sang in the choir in every church where she was a member, most recently at Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Toni was a Facebook fanatic and had a rather large following. 

She graduated in 1998 from Amarillo High School where she earned her letters in choir and band. Toni earned an associate's degree from Amarillo College. She worked at Albertson’s and at the VA Hospital. 

She was preceded in death by Art Crosser, her stepfather, on November 24, 2016. She also was preceded in death by her stepmother, P.J. Bennett.

Toni is survived by her mom, Lea Ann Crosser, of Amarillo, TX; her father and stepmother, Bill and Dawn Bennett, of Mineola, TX; her grandmother, Carlene Bennett, Iowa Park, TX; and boyfriend, Perry Wells, of Amarillo, TX.

In lieu of flowers, her family kindly suggests memorials in her honor be made to your favorite charity.
