Scott was born September 22, 1989, in Amarillo, TX to Michael and Jana Gallegos.
Scott was self-employed and founded Gallegos Paint and Body as well as Palo Duro Foods. He loved spending time at the lake participating in water sports, camping, boating and fishing. Playing golf, disc golf, rebuilding classic cars, going to car shows and riding his motorcycle also gave him so much joy. He was an avid music fan and taught himself to play guitar. Scott had many interesting hobbies including leather working, botany, and 3 large tropical fish tanks. One of Scott’s most endearing traits was that he loved meeting new people, and everyone was his friend. He loved most spending time with his son Landon Scott Gallegos teaching him all these activities.
