Ron Whetzel's journey began on April 20, 1943, in Great Falls, Montana, born to Harold and Freda Whetzel. Raised in Bismarck and Valley City, North Dakota, he found joy in racing cars and assisting his father at the service station his family owned growing up. In 1961, he enlisted in the Air Force, shaping his early years with experience and adventures.
During a New Year's Eve dance in Sanborn, North Dakota, fate intervened, and Ron met Sharon Ludwig, the love of his life. They married on December 5, 1964, in Rogers, North Dakota and it marked the beginning of a life-long partnership filled with love and shared dreams.
Throughout his career, Ron embraced diverse roles from serving as a police officer to working in the auto parts industry and excelling as a car salesman. His journey also included 7-Eleven, serving as a bank courier, and managing an office building after retirement.
