Rebecca “Becky” Frazier, 70, of Amarillo, passed away on the morning of December 8, 2024.
Becky was born August 8, 1954 in Meridian, Mississippi.
Becky was a devoted wife of 48 years to James Frazier, a loving mother to Justin Frazier and Sarah Frazier Robertson, and a very proud grandmother “Maga” to her six grandchildren: Ryan, Dylan, Michael, Emily, Grayson, and Lincoln. Known for her warmth, kindness, humor, and love of all things Mickey Mouse, she touched the lives of everyone she met.
Becky’s passion for travel, driving fast, her grand babies, and her beloved dogs were a constant source of joy. She brought that same enthusiasm to her work as a nurse, small business owner, and as a long time girls’ club volleyball coach, where she inspired young athletes on and off the court. Her compassion and dedication left a lasting legacy on her family, friends, and community. Though not a native Texan, Becky embraced the Lone Star State with open arms, making it her home and embodying the spirit and pride of Texas in all that she did.
Becky is survived by and will be deeply missed by her husband, James Frazier; her children, Justin and Suzanne Frazier, Sarah and Beau Robertson, and her cherished grandchildren, Ryan, Michael, and Emily Frazier and Dylan, Grayson, and Lincoln Robertson.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 12, 2024 in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Dr. G.A. Roach officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
