Ramiro "James" Garcia

Ramiro “James” Jaime Garcia, 61, of Amarillo, TX passed away September 17, 2024.

The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 PM, Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Boxwell Brother, 2800 Paramount. Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 23, 2024 at Llano Cemetery East. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors. 

James was born October 28, 1962 in Amarillo, TX to Heron and Diana Garcia. He graduated from Palo Duro High School. He had owned and operated Wind River AG for many years and was a member of the Cowboy Club. James loved to ride horses, the Dallas Cowboys, karaoke, and his corgis!

James is survived by sons, Billy Garcia and Rope Garcia and wife Kayla daughters, Jennifer Garcia of Edmond, OK, Stephanie Love and husband Nathan of Amarillo, TX, and Kynna Garcia of Childress, TX; brothers, Elias Martinez and wife Liz, Mario Garcia and wife Becky, Heron Garcia Jr. and wife Francis, and Michael Garcia; sisters, Pauline Stone and Ana Lilia Garcia; and grandchildren, Braelyn, Brecken, Serenidy, Ryder, and Stratlen.
