Philip Howard Garner, 70, of Amarillo, TX, formerly of Pueblo, CO., passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2022.
Even though a failing heart took him away from this world, his loving and caring heart left a beacon of light for all his family and friends. His cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed by all.
