Pedro “Harvey” Suarez

Pedro Javier “Harvey” Suarez, 34, of Amarillo, died on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

Harvey will be available for viewing from 1-8:00 PM, Friday, March 29, 2024 at Boxwell Brothers, 2800 Paramount. Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Power Church with Manny De Los Santos officiating.  Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Harvey was born on September 1, 1989 in Amarillo to Pedro Suarez and Irais Montoya.  He graduated from Caprock High School in 2007.  Harvey was an incredibly talented combat fighter.  He graduated from Barber School in Lubbock and worked at Straight Edge Barber Shop.  Harvey enjoyed working out, fishing, bowling, shopping and most importantly, taking the time to get “snacks” and enjoy “evening cruises” with his best friend, Frankie. He attended Power Church.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Harvey is survived by his mother, Irais Montoya of Amarillo; five brothers, Sergio Rojo, Carlos Rojo, and Jerry Rodriguez, all of Mexico, Bert Rodriguez of Dallas, and Rene Montoya and wife Crystal of Amarillo; three sisters, Yanette Rojo, Lottie Hernandez and husband Juan Mendez, and Laura Diaz, all of Amarillo; his best friend, Frankie; and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
