Pamela Wilson Kuehne

Pamela “Pam” Wilson Kuehne, born September 2, 1946, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on July 10, 2023. She was survived by her daughters: Kim Haney and husband Roger, Kristin Bonner, Kelly Dompe and husband Tony; her son-in-law John Linn; nephew: Doug Wilson and wife Cheryl; niece: Jayme Dixon and husband Brett; grandchildren: Stephanie, Sabree, Joey, Zachree, Jaetin, Payden, Josh, and Mayson; and 8 great-grandchildren.

She was greeted into Heaven by her father and mother, Oral and Doris Wilson; husband, Jim; son, Kyle; brother, Mickey and wife Judy; sisters, Carol and Nancy; and so many more special people.

Pam graduated from Tascosa High School then went on to run track for Texas Tech. It was abundantly clear that she remained a huge fan of Texas Tech sports. She filled many hats in her lifetime, including wife, mom, sole provider, caregiver, biggest supporter, confidant, and the best Grammy ever. Her extended relatives and dearest friends were numerous and greatly impacted her life.

Pam (a.k.a. “Mom”, “Grammy”, “Pee-Wee”) will be greatly missed and always be remembered for her quick wit, endless worrying (caring), her constant reminder to “tie another knot” when you think you’ve reached the end of your rope, and that “this too shall pass”.

The family will receive friends from 3-4:00 p.m., Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 17, 2023, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd.  Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.
