Mark Alan Booth, 41, of Amarillo, died Saturday, March 3, 2012.
Services will be at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the San Jacinto Assembly of God Church with Billy Snider, Pastor, and Larry Dunlap, Pastor of Valley View Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Mark was born on November 25, 1970 in Amarillo to Alan and Sandra Booth. He graduated from Tascosa High School where he played baseball. He earned his bachelors degree from West Texas A&M University. He worked as a technical sales rep in the medical industry. Mark married Andrea Roberson on May 18, 1996 in Amarillo. He loved to fish, camp, be outdoors, watching & playing soccer, baseball, and hockey. He also enjoyed playing the Playstation with his sons. They were his “Best Buds.” He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to all.
His two sons meant everything to him.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea Booth of Amarillo; two sons, Benjamin Mark Booth and Andrew Ladd Booth of Amarillo; his parents, Sandra and Alan Booth of Amarillo; a sister, Cristy Booth and Kenneth Bates of Amarillo; two nieces, Jaycee Booth and Morgan Booth of Amarillo; his mother-in-law, Esther Hess and husband Ken of Amarillo; a sister-in-law, Stephanie Turner and Evy Cruz of Amarillo; and a nephew, Nick Turner of Amarillo.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials to be used for Benjamin Mark Booth and Andrew Ladd Booth be sent to Benefit Fund for Mark Booth, in care of any Amarillo National Bank location, or mail to Amarillo National Bank, P.O.
