He married the love of his life Julia Morales in 1963. Shortly after they moved to Grady, New Mexico where he worked for Rang Trujillo who owned a quarter horse ranch and he is also the man who raised him at a young age. This is when they started their family. 11 years later he moved his family to Amarillo, Texas and here is where he stayed. His enjoyments were having all his family and friends together, hunting with his sons, and riding his horses. He was the man who was very outspoken and didn’t care what anyone thought about it. Yet, he was a very loving and caring man who would take his shirt off his back and take anyone in if needed. He was loved and respected by everyone.
As he would say “Cowboy up”!
