Linda Lee Burgett Holman

Linda Lee Burgett Holman, 75, of Amarillo died Friday, April 11, 2025.

Viewing will be from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Monday, April 14, 2025.   Visitation with the family will be from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Linda was born on January 19, 1950 in Amarillo, Texas, to Mary and Alfred “Lee” Hannaford. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from West Texas A&M University. She had worked for the United States Postal Service.

Linda was a free spirit, she loved to travel and animals, horses and cats especially.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Charlotte O’Dell Burgett, father, Alfred Leland Hannaford and her stepfather, Roy J. Burgett.

She is survived by her sisters, Candace Burgett Hume (Jack) and JoDee Meadows; brother, Charles J. Burgett; sister-in-law, Becky Burgett; nephews, Robert (Katie) Burgett and David J. Burgett (Misty); nieces Jennifer (Eric) and Amy Hume and Jessica McIninch; great-nephews, Hendrik and Soren Hume-Jorgenson; great-nephew and niece, Jacob and Abigail McIninch; great-niece and nephew, Raylee Burgett Windsor and Caden Burgett.
