Larry Judson Wolff, born on November 15, 1941, in Gonzales, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2024, in Amarillo, Texas. He was the son of Herman and Lydia Wolff and is remembered for his vibrant spirit and dedication to his community.
Larry was an active member of Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church and volunteered with Meals on Wheels for many years, showcasing his commitment to helping others. He loved entertaining and spending time with his cherished friends, especially his longtime friend JB Lane, bringing joy and laughter to those around him. Larry had a passion for traveling, which allowed him to create lasting memories with his loved ones.
Professionally, Larry served as a Senior Account Manager for Reckitt Benckiser, where he was respected for his work ethic and leadership.
He is survived by his brother, Herman Wolff, Jr., his two sons, Brent Taravella and Landon Sims, along with their spouses, Joe Taravella and Kimberly Sims. Larry also leaves behind three beautiful grandchildren, Sophia, Julia, and Paolo Taravella, who will carry on his legacy of love and kindness.
Larry Judson Wolff will be dearly missed by all who knew him, as he touched the lives of many through his generosity and warmth.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations be made to Meals on Wheels of Amarillo.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 31, 2024, at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church with Jared Houze officiating.
