Kevin Wade Rembold

Kevin Wade Rembold, 49, of Amarillo, TX passed away on August 15, 2022.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 19, 2022, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Brian Delgrande officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Kevin was born in Havre De Grace, MD on February 25, 1973, to Barbara and Paul Rembold.

Kevin attended The Pathway School and received his Greene County High School diploma from The Devereux Foundation in Devon, PA.  In school he enjoyed running track and jumping hurdles, receiving many first Class ribbons in both events. He liked to play football and baseball in his youth; as an adult he became a Cowboys and Rangers fan.

While Kevin enjoyed sports, hunting was his love and fishing was his passion. His hunting credits in Smiley, Texas included: Wild Turkey, Wild Boar, Coyote, and Deer. He fished numerous lakes in Texas including: Lewisville, Greenbelt, Grapevine, and Texoma. Kevin recently started fishing at Foss Lake, Oklahoma.

Music was always a big part of Kevin’s life. He began playing acoustic and electric guitar at an early age. Drums were added as well as singing Karoke.

Spending time with family and friends was extremely important to Kevin. Playing board and card games were favorite ways to spend quality time.

Kevin returned to the Church recently. He became an active member of Liberty Baptist Church making many new friends and setting new life goals.

Kevin loved God, Family, Friends, Helping Others, and of course, the Family Pets.

Kevin made the World a better place.

He was preceded in death by: his grandfather, Augustus Rembold; grandmother, Clara Rembold; and grandfather, Hillman L. Tenney, Sr.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Barbara Rembold Felton and Ronald L. Felton; father and step-mother, Paul L. Rembold, Sr. and Debbie Rembold; brother, Paul L. Rembold, Jr. and fiancée Stephanie S. Cox, and grandmother, Rosalie A. Tenney.
