Jennifer Rae Marshall

Jennifer Marshall, born on May 28, 1976, left this world on December 19, 2023, surrounded by the love of her family. A devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend, Jennifer’s passing leaves a void that can only be filled with cherished memories of her vibrant spirit, unwavering love, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her.

Jennifer is survived by her beloved children, Ferann and her husband Tristan Martinez, and Hallee and Corbyn Marshall. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her, and the love she poured into her family will be a lasting testament to the beautiful soul she was.

She was a cherished daughter to her parents Hal and Vera Levandowski, and sister to her brother, Brad and his wife Roxy Phillips. She is also survived by her niece Olivia Philips and her grandmother Rita Draper.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her best friend, Steve Tunnell, her uncle Del Fry, and her grandparents, Jerry and Beverly Schleich, and Ed and Emma Fry.  As well as her beloved grand-dog, Ice. Although they have gone before her, Jennifer’s reunion with them brings comfort in knowing that she is surrounded by the love of those who passed on before her.

Jennifer was a proud graduate of Caprock High School. During her time at Caprock, Jennifer was a dedicated member of the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC), where she served as an officer and was also apart of the show choir. Her commitment to leadership and service was evident in all aspects of her life, leaving an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing her during those formative years.

Jennifer embraced life with an infectious enthusiasm, always radiating joy and warmth to everyone around her. Her outgoing nature and genuine spirit endeared her to many, creating friendships that spanned a lifetime. Jennifer’s love for her family was boundless, and she dedicated herself to nurturing the bonds that held them together. Jennifer’s zest for life was reflected in her love for singing and dancing. She embraced every moment with exuberance, singing loudly and dancing around with an infectious energy that could brighten any room. Her favorite dance moves, including “churning the butter” and “shoo the toot,” were a testament to her playful and carefree nature, bringing laughter and joy to those fortunate enough to join in the festivities.

Jennifer’s role as a mother was at the forefront of her heart, and she strived to create a life for her children filled with happiness and love. She was their biggest cheerleader, encouraging them to pursue their dreams and find joy in every moment. Her legacy lives on in the memories of the love and laughter she shared with her family.

In addition to her roles as a mother and advocate for others, Jennifer volunteered at the Texas Panhandle War Memorial, demonstrating her deep sense of gratitude for the sacrifices made by those who served their country.

As a woman of faith, Jennifer found solace in her relationship with God. Her unwavering devotion and the strength she derived from her faith were a source of inspiration to those who knew her. Jennifer’s journey was marked by her constant pursuit of spiritual growth and her ability to find grace in every circumstance.

As we celebrate Jennifer’s life, let us remember the vibrant, fun-loving spirit that she brought into every room. May her memory inspire us to sing loudly, dance freely, and find joy in the simple pleasures of life, just as she did.

May she find eternal peace in the embrace of her Creator, and may her memory continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who loved her.

Memorial service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 29, 2023 at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
