Jauniva “Katherine” Revious, 87, of Amarillo, TX died Monday, May 23, 2022.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Katherine was born December 29, 1934, to John Jackson and Cleo (Jackson) Jeffers in Mangum, OK. She graduated from Amarillo High School. After graduation, she met and married the love of her life, Clyde Revious. She worked many years as a secretary at Red Ball Motor Freight company and then Mesa Petroleum. She decided to retire early in 1986, the year her first grandchild was born. The joy of her life was taking care of her family. She was the quintessential “Granny” to her grandkids.
She also enjoyed her weekly card game with the “girls” and watching the classic movies (the oldies but the goodies, according to her). She was a member of Hillside Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Revious.
Survivors include her daughter, Renee McNeely and husband Virgil, her brothers, Freddy Jackson and Scooter Jeffers, all of Amarillo, TX; two granddaughters, Allison Huddleston and husband Michael, of Kauai, HI, DeAnna Acklin and husband Ethan, of Plano, TX; grandson, Bradley McNeely, of Oklahoma City, OK; and great-grandchildren, Mylah, Maven, Kaisen, and Noa.
The family
will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, May 29, 2022, at the funeral home.
