She was preceded in death by her father, Aubrey Galan; and a daughter, Joy Lynn Horrell.

Dear Grace. Truly heart breaking that she left us so young, but her spirit is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ waiting for that Resurrection Day when all believers in Christ will be reunited together for all Eternity with no more sadness or pain.

Grace was a sweet, precious person. She was a co worker at Head Start and so congenial to everyone. She was a skilled professional, as well. I will have you in my prayers, Rachel, as well as the rest of your family. Her name fit her well- A woman of Grace and love to all.

Very saddened to hear of Grace’s passing. What a wonderful person. I went to high school with Grace and she was always the sweetest and kindest person and that always stood out to me. Ran into Grace about 20 years ago and she had not changed a bit. Same sweet person I always remembered. God bless you Grace. God bless your family.

I’m so very sad to hear of the passing of beautiful Grace. I don’t think I EVER saw anything but than a smile on her face. I learned of her passing this evening & I’m so sad to have missed her celebration of life. It was such a pleasure growing up across the street from their precious family! I enjoyed over 20 years of friendship, beginning when we were both houseparents at Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch. I am sad that I won’t get to see or talk to Grace, but am overjoyed that she is in the arms of God now and is no longer sick and suffering. May God bless Rachel and Lauren and their families as they go on with life without this beautiful woman.
