Glen Noltensmeier, 84, of Amarillo, TX died Friday, February 2, 2024.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 5, 2024, at Dreamland Cemetery in Turkey, TX with Karen Wells officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Glen was born June 23, 1939, in Arapahoe, NE to Delbert and Beulah (Thomas) Noltensmeier.
Glen and Betty Hurst were married in Portales, NM on May 5, 1972. Glen was a loving husband and father to four children.
Since 1990, Glen worked as a Toot’n Totum customer service representative. He was a member of South Georgia Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Vera Waldrop and Shirley Root; brothers, John Noltensmeier and Leo Noltensmeier; son, Michael Anthony McCool; and grandson, Christopher Rowland.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Noltensmeier, of Amarillo, TX; his children, Mark E. McCool and wife Teressa, Kenni Watkins and husband Jamie, and Laurie Akins and husband Alan, all of Amarillo, TX; sister, Thelma Scoville, of Vancouver, WA; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; five nephews; and four nieces.
