Frank was a remarkably dedicated employee of SPS/Xcel Energy. He knew every facet of customer care, from meter reading to billing and collections.. He served his company with honor in all the positions he held, including his highest accomplishment as Pampa customer accounting supervisor. We will miss Frank’s jovial sweet spirit. May he rest in eternal peace

Frank was a good man and friend. In the late 1970s and early 1980s he coached our SPS ladies volleyball team. We played together for 10 years and Frank was always there. A couple of times we all went to McClain for a tournament. I have fond memories of Frank and can still picture him on the side lines of the court. He will be missed.
