I am so sorry for your loss! She was a beautiful, sweet lady who I first met through our exercise class. Then I learned who your Daddy was and my children went to school with him at Texline and I worked with him at Tascosa High School! There was not a single day that we were both in class, that she did not come and give me a big hug! I will truly miss her! All your family are wrapped in my prayers during this time! Jo Field

I first met Whitney’s Mimi at her bridal shower. After that, any time there was an activity involving Whitney, you could be sure she would be there no matter where it was. The last time I saw her was at the Stock Show in Ft .Worth back in January. Her support for her grandchildren was unfailing. Elaine was always kind to me & it was apparent that she knew the Lord. So she fought the good fight & is now enjoying her reward. I will be keeping the family in my thoughts & prayers. Sue Gales (Kyle’s grandmother)

My family all loved Elaine . Anytime we went to her and Billy Joes home we were warmly welcomed and just a couple of years ago she came to meet us at the hotel with donuts and a great visit when we were there to see Texas. We will miss her and will always remember the love she showed our family.

What a beautiful person to know.. Did not act or looked like a 72 years , but more like a 62 years!!!! She always had a smile and a hug for me in exercise class. She always came in telling me all the adventures she was on. Watching her grandchildren and their sports or running a marathon. I could find her on FaceBook if she was not in exercise class to figure where she was!!! There will be a void in her spot where her place was in exercise class!!! She will be missed for sure. Prayers to the family.

I worked with Elaine for many years and she was one of the nicest, sweetest, kindest persons I have ever known. What a wonderful role model she has been for her children, grandchildren & great grandchildren. May they find comfort and peace with unforgettable memories at this time!

It was privilege to have known Elaine and been a part of her life. Words escape me to express what an honor this was.

It is both a sad day and happy day, sad because of the loss we feel but happy because Elaine has reached her final destination and is now with her Lord and Savior.

  • Harriet J. Boukr Posted June 28, 2018 4:55 pm
