Dwayne and I were classmates in the Wellington school system with the class of 1965. I remember Dwayne, his brothers and parents from the Wellington years. Sympathies to his family.

Dwayne and I became friends when we were in Singles Too Sunday School when we were still at Paramount Terrace Christian Church. He was always the one who could make us laugh, in his very low key way. I did not know he had moved back to Amarillo since I have changed churches I am so sorry for his family and all of his other friends. He died too soon but I have to believe our Heavenly Father had better plans for him.

I knew Dewayne and his brother from our racing days back in the 1980’s. He would come by our shop (Sooter Racing)and always kept us laughing. So glad to have known him. My condolences to the family.

Dwayne was my uncle for several years (married to my Aunt). I loved & adored him so much. We used to have the best conversations and he used to get me so tickled. I still refer to him as Uncle Dwayne & I’m so very saddened to hear of his passing.
    Love you Uncle Dwayne.
