My love and prayers to my sweet Uncle Don’s family. I’m sad for the years and miles that separated us. I have good memories of uncle Don. He was handsome, funny, and kind. He bought me my first wrist watch when he worked at Sears. I remember his college graduation and his wedding day! I enjoyed seeing him when he lived close to my dad, Harold, when I went to Cleburne. I pray for peace and comfort for you all.
    Your cousin, Barbra

I’ll never forget in 1980 when Uncle Don picked up my brother and me in Missouri and drove us to Texas. He let me “drive” his car. He was a nice great-uncle. RIP.

Sad to hear of Don’s passing but just the name Don Johnston brings a smile. I was privileged to work with him 7 or 8 years at the Lincoln dealership and we were masonic brothers at the Cleburne Lodge. We laughed a lot. He had a unique outlook and approach to everything. He was always investigating things and learning new things and was often “in his own world”. He loved his family, his friends, and God. I’m glad I knew him.
