Cody Don Gardner

Cody Don Gardner, 44, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on December 25, 2024. 

Memorial services will be at 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 3, 2025, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Dr. G. A. Roach officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Cody was born in Amarillo, Texas on October 12, 1980. He attended Vega High School. 

Cody was a very gifted welder. He was artistic and was good with his hands. He could build and fix just about anything. Cody had a great heart and was always willing to help others. Cody’s favorite thing to do was go to the lake. He also loved being with his family too. 

Cody married Greggi Heckel at the Gardner Family Ranch on June 30, 2007. 

He is survived by his wife, Greggi Gardner; children, Miranda Gardner, Trace Gardner, Riley Gardner, Mason Gardner; mother, Ruth Gardner; father, Linden Gardner and wife Patricia; brother, Cole Gardner and wife Taryn; in-laws, Greg and Robin Heckel; sisters-in-law, Tiffany Heckel, and Alisha Owens and husband Alan; brothers-in-law, AJ Heckel and wife Denise, and Derek Heckel and wife Maritza; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
