Clifford Ray Taylor was born June 20, 1930, in Collingsworth County, Texas to Henry “Doc” and Beatrice Taylor. Cliff graduated from Amarillo H
igh School in 1949. He was married to Jeffie Taylor on April 5, 1957, and began a lifelong legacy of caring and giving to others. Together Cliff and Jeffie lived in Amarillo for 65 years, where they amassed countless numbers of friends and business associates through the family plumbing business starting in 1949. Cliff loved to hunt and fish in his younger years. He retired in 1994 and then dedicated his life to his family and traveling. Cliff passed from this world on July 20, 2022, at the age of 92 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, Jeffie Taylor, son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Kathy Taylor, five granddaughters: Donya Sanford, Delicia Timmons, Monika Scharding, Rebecca Taylor, and Victoria Taylor, and six great-grandchildren: Ty Sanford, Kaden Sanford, Kaleb Timmons, Eliana Timmons, Lane Sanford, and Eva Scharding and one great-great-granddaughter: Rosalie Sanford. Cliff is preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Taylor, daughter, Debra Sanford, and sister, Faye Bollen. Viewing and visitation will be held Sunday, July 24

from 3-4 pm at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home at 2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo. Funeral Services will be Monday, July 25
