Christopher Ray Campbell, 48, of Amarillo, TX passed away on April 24, 2022.

A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, April 29, 2022, at Oasis Southwest Baptist Church with Bradley Speer officiating.

Chris was born in Canyon, TX on July 11, 1973, to Judy and Bill Campbell. He attended Caprock High School; after graduating Chris started working for Steve Howard on 10th street where he found his passion for car sales. Over his 30 plus years in car sales he worked at Texas Dodge, Street Toyota and then ventured out on his own with Chris Campbell’s Cars. He married Ami Rupprecht on January 2, 2003; “1,2,3 you married me” is what he always said to Ami. They had 3 children together, Christian, Carter and Kathryn, and Cameron Campbell was Chris’ oldest son.

Chris loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved to entertain, cookouts and golfing. Anyone that knew him knew he was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan!

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, A.D. and Ruby Faye Smith; and his brother, Dennis McClellan.

Survivors include wife Ami Campbell; sons of the home, Christian Campbell, and Carter Campbell; and daughter of the home, Kathryn Campbell; son, Cameron Campbell and wife Rochelle; granddaughters, Brylee Campbell, Aubree Campbell, and Adalie Aguirre; mother, Judy Kyle and stepdad Ronnie Kyle; brothers, Micheal Leggett and wife Shawn, and James McClellan and wife Shannon; sister, Victoria Smith and fiancé Jimmy Brown; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
