Christopher "Chris" Ray Hayes

Christopher “Chris” Ray Hayes, 34, of Amarillo, TX passed away April 11, 2025.

Chris was born December 13, 1990 in Lubbock, TX to Chris and Lisa Hayes.

Chris was an amazing man with a giant heart who overcame a lot in his life and worked hard to help others overcome their own struggles. He loved his family and worked very hard to give them the best life he could. Chris had a great sense of humor and loved to make everyone laugh. He was smart and could fix almost anything he set his mind to. Chris touched an amazing number of people and will be missed by all.

Memorial service will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Southwest Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Lisa.

Chris is survived by his wife Sabrina, daughter Vanessa, son Alek, Brother Jason, father and step-mother Chris and Michelle Hayes.
