Buckley Dwayn Blake

Buckley Dwayn Blake, 78, of Amarillo, TX passed away February 1, 2025.

Visitation will be from 5-6:30 PM, Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Boxwell Brothers, 2800 Paramount. Graveside service will be at 10:30 AM, Friday, February 7, 2025 at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors. 

Buckley was born July 14, 1946 in Ft. Worth, TX to Buck and Loyce Helen Blake. He graduated from Arlington Heights High School with the class of 1964 then attended UT Arlington. He married Sandra Eileen Hinchey on May 20, 1995. He worked in the food industry in Sales with US Foods, Crystal Confectionary, Pizza Hut, and Cobb Dog. He also worked in car sales and Gander Mountain because of his love of fishing. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Buck Blake and Loyce Helen Cowart Blake.

Buckley is survived by his wife, Sandra Blake; son, Clayton (Clay) Blake; daughters, Catherine (Cathy) Blake (Jason Adams), Melissa (Missy) Lindmark (Chris Harrelson), Jennifer Cheyne (Bart Cheyne), and Susan Salter (Stephen Salter); grandchildren, Abram Blake, Cloie Blake, Sarah Shuwarger, Jake Miller, Elizabeth Moore, Crew Moore, Lillian Harrelson, Makenzie Cheyne, Dylan Cheyne, Keaton Cheyne, Sawyer Cheyne, Reagan Cheyne, Krissy Warren, and Tinsley Salter; sister, Anita Blake-Williamson (Chuck Williamson); and 5 great-grandchildren.
