Audra Nicole Reiser passed away on June 13, 2024, in her hometown of Amarillo, Texas. Born on January 6, 1971, to Jerre Wells and Tully Currie, Audra was an energetic member of her community, where she was born, raised and continued to enrich the lives of those around her.

Audra graduated from Tascosa High School in 1989. She pursued a variety of vocations, first doing some modeling in Paris, France. Thereafter she began working in the restaurant industry, beginning as a server at Hummers, before moving into a restaurant management at Outback Steakhouse. Next, Audra embarked as an entrepreneur and opened 2 Wing Stop franchises. After 14 years, she sold her business; however, retirement did not suit her. She then began the happiest of her many jobs, starting in May of 2021 at Parties and Events with her cherished friends, Lynn, Elaine, and many more.

On October 27th, 2018, Audra married her soul mate, Eric Reiser, in a beautiful ceremony in the backyard of their home in Olsen on Henning St. They brought joy to each other’s lives every day and knew how to have fun together. They created cherished memories that will be treasured by all who knew them.

Audra was a woman with an unrestrained personality and on unparalleled zest for life. She had a remarkable talent for finding joy and love in even the smallest moments. With her boundless confidence, beautiful laugh, and infectious spirit, she lived life to the fullest. Audra loved others deeply and made sure everyone felt her warmth and affection. Her outrageous spirit could light up any room, turning every encounter into an adventure. Audra’s presence was more than just felt; it was an experience, one that left an indelible mark on everyone who had privilege of knowing her

She is survived by her husband Eric; her parents, Jerre and Jimmy Wells, and Tully Currie; her brothers Jenks and Luke Currie; her sister Montana Currie; her stepchildren Lindsey Benton and husband Matt, Haley Villarreal and husband Guillermo, Cade Carr and wife Jenna, Corbyn Carr; her nieces Anne Kathryn Currie and Easton Currie; her nephews Garner Currie and Tulson Currie, her brother-in-law Scott Reiser and wife Lisa, and their sons Gage and Grant Reiser; her stepbrothers Scott Wells and wife Sheila, Gary Wells and wife Dawn; along with numerous other beloved family members.

The service to honor and celebrate Audra’s life will be held on Tuesday June 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church, located at 11th and Harrison Road, Amarillo, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, Audra would have appreciated donations to the Amarillo ASPCA, reflecting her love for animals and commitment to their welfare.

Audra will be remembered for her bigger-than-life personality, fierce loyalty to those she loved, and child-like-faith. Her memory will continue to inspire those who knew her. She will be deeply missed
