Anthony Ray Sisneros, 69 of Amarillo, passed away peacefully in his home on June 4, 2024, surrounded by family.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 2pm at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with the Reverend John Valdez of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church presiding. Graveside service will follow in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Anthony was born on October 6, 1954 to Tony A. and Virginia Sisneros in Amarillo, Texas. He graduated from Alamo Catholic High School in 1972, and was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. He was a self-employed landscaper.
He enjoyed playing guitar and baseball, going fishing and swinging left- handed at the golfing range. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan.
Anthony is preceded in death by his parents.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 39 years, Tina Sisneros, his children Rayann Sisneros, Daniel Sisneros, Monica Thompson and husband Justin Thompson, his siblings Jimmy Sisneros, Mark Sisneros, Ginger Christian, Dianna Clayton, Alex Sisneros and Audrey Sisneros. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and one great granddaughter, whom he loved dearly, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
