Denver Franklin Fraley, 86, of Amarillo, TX died Sunday, April 5, 2020.

Services are private.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Denver was born February 27, 1934, in Elkridge, WV to William and Charlotte Fraley.

For forty-three years, Denver drove a truck for Plains Creamery.

He enjoyed NASCAR and playing golf.

Denver was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marie Fraley; grandson, Steven Michael Bass; two brothers; three sisters; son, Charles Fraley; and one great-grandchild.

Survivors include a son, Dewayne Fraley, of Canyon, TX; two daughters, Rebecca Fraley Ames, and Teresa Bass, both of Amarillo, TX; two sisters, Murl Blancett and Carol Fultz; three grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

  2. So sorry to hear this. I worked at the dairy from 2003-2012. He definitely made the days go by faster. He will be missed by many I’m sure.
